Booking Terms & Conditions


  • All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
  • Rates are subject to changes with or without prior notice.

Min. No. of Pax

Rates are based on minimum of 2 persons & on Twin – Share basis.

*Single Traveler / Single Occupancy shall pay 50% surcharge.

Child Policy

Children below 12 enjoy a 50% discount provided he/she stay in twin-share room with 2 paying adults and do not utilize extra bed. Full adult rate applies if extra bed is utilized.


Lodges will be assigned on run-of-house basis

Check in/out

Check-in time: 1400hrs
Check-out time: 1200hrs
Late check-out till 1300 hour is on request basis and subject to availability.
Otherwise, a day-use rate of 50% of day-visit rate will be imposed to a maximum stay until 1800 hours.

Scheduled transfers

From Lahad Datu: 0800hrs &1200hrs
From Tabin: 1330hrs

*Surcharge for unscheduled transfer at RM100 per person per way, minimum 2 pax.

Domestic flights

Tabin tour packages do not include domestic flights.
Domestic flights connecting Kota Kinabalu and Lahad Datu are operated by

Payment method

Full payment for tour packages booked is needed 30 days prior to date of arrival in order to confirm booking. Payment may be in the form of cash, company cheque, Telegraphic transfer or credit cards (Master and VISA Cards)

Tabin Wildlife Holidays Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel bookings made for which full payments are not made within the stipulated time.

Cancellation policy

01-07 days prior to arrival date : full cancellation of total tour fees
08-14 days prior to arrival date : 50% of total tour fees
15-21 days prior to arrival date : 25% of total tour fees

All deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund in part or full will be made after full payment received including no show on the arrival date and early departure. The resort reserved the rights to pull back all no show room after 1400 hours on the arrival date unless advance written notice is provided.

Tour protection

We highly recommend our guests to take up their own travel insurances plan.

Tour program

Tabin Wildlife Holidays Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, reroute or cancel program without giving prior notice where situation warrants.


This agreement shall be governed by the law of Malaysia. Any disputes, actions or other matters arising herein under shall be determined in a court of law in accordance with the laws and procedures of Malaysia.
